航空机载液压零件工艺、工装一体化设计系统研发

摘要 为提高航空机载液压零件的研制效率、缩短其工艺、工装设计周期,通过分析航空机载液压零件工艺、工装的设计特点,构建工艺、工装一体化设计系统的总体框架和运行流程;对基于制造特征的工艺路线生成、基于加工元体的工序模型生成、工序模型驱动的工装变型设计等关键技术进行研究,开发了航空机载液压零件工艺、工装一体化设计系统。以某安装座零件为例,验证了所开发系统的有效性和可行性。 In order to improve the development efficiency of airborne hydraulic parts and shorten the design cycle of process and tooling,an integrated process and tooling design system was developed.By analyzing the design characteristics of process and tooling for airborne hydraulic parts,the overall framework and operation process of the integrated design system of process and tooling were constructed.The key technologies,including the generation of process route based on manufacturing characteristics,the generation of process model based on machining elements and the variant design of tooling driven by process model,were studied.The integrated design system for process and tooling of airborne hydraulic parts was developed.A case study of seat parts installation was undertaken to have verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed system.
