航空发动机转子动力学计算软件开发

摘要 为打破国外技术封锁,摆脱对Matlab等闭源计算平台的依赖,采用C++语言开发航空发动机转子动力学计算软件RDyn,基于一维梁单元模型和二维轴对称等参单元模型实现多种动力学特性求解功能,具有良好的前后处理可视化交互界面。利用Nelson转子模型,将自研软件的计算结果与商业软件进行对比。结果表明:其误差较小,验证了软件的正确性与实用性。 In order to break the foreign technology blockade and get rid of the dependence on closed source computing platform such as Matlab,the aeroengine rotor dynamics calculation software RDyn is developed by using C++language.Based on 1D beam element model and 2D isoparametric element model,the software realizes multiple dynamic characteristics solving functions with good visual interaction interface for pre and post processing.The Nelson rotor model is used to compare the calculation results of self-developed software with those of commercial software.The results show that the calculation error between the self-developed software and commercial software is small,which verifies the correctness and practicability of the developed software.
