Technical Management Method for Interior Engineering of Deluxe Ro-Ro Passenger Vessel

针对高端客滚船内装工程组织形式多、界面复杂、技术含量高等特点,对所采用的技术管理方法进行分析对比,总结多个项目技术管理经验,围绕设计输入管理、过程管理和输出管理这3个方面,对组织架构、设计策划、设计标准和设计风险等进行综合分析,总结出一套高效的内装技术管理标准和流程,可简化管理逻辑,增强有效性,可对不同项目灵活运用不同的管理手段和措施。

In view of the characteristics of multiple organizational forms,complex interfaces and high technical content of interior engineering for deluxe Ro-Ro passenger ships,the technical management methods were investigated.Through multiple project technology management experiences,comprehensive analysis was conducted on the organizational structure,design planning,standards and risks based three aspects of design input management,process management and output management.A set of efficient internal technology management standards and processes were summarized.This technical management method can simplify management logic and enhances effectiveness.Different management methods and measures can be flexibly applied to different projects.
