摘要
对客滚船建造过程中船舶舱室表面刮涂的阻尼涂层进行振动特性分析,对各层阻尼材料厚度进行优化设计,同时优化阻尼涂层布局,利用ANSYS建立船舶舱室有限元模型,求解不同工况下刮涂阻尼涂层船舶舱室的振动特性及相关参数,基于拓扑优化的方法优化阻尼涂层布局,由求解结果可知,阻尼涂层布局的优化可实现其对整体结构减振性能的提升,在减少阻尼材料用量的同时达到减振目的。
In view of the vibration characteristics of the damping coating scraped on the surface of ship’s cabin during the construction of the Ro-Ro passenger ship,the thickness of the damping material of each layer and the layout of the damping coating were optimized.The finite element model of the ship cabin was establish in ANSYS to analyze the vibration characteristics and related parameters of the ship cabin with the scraped damping coating under different working conditions.The layout of the damping coating was optimized by the topology optimization method.According to the simulation results,the optimization of damping coating layout can improve the vibration reduction performance of the whole structure,reduce the amount of damping materials and achieve the purpose of vibration reduction.
