摘要
针对客滚船艏门及其周围船体结构设计和管理难点,以866客滚船为例,对艏门结构与船体结构关联的设计节点,制定以三维一体化设计原则下的艏门区域高效率设计流程;分析艏门及周围船体结构关键设计要素,采用3D模型作为数据传递的关键设计方案,实践结果表明,客滚船的艏门结构为一个相对独立、完整的运动部件,外形与船体艏部外板线型吻合,内部结构尺寸需满足艏跳板的收放,艏门沿船中纵缝对开,分左右2扇对称布置,为钢质全焊接结构,并带有插销、锁紧钩、上下止挡块装置、推力轴承装置等附件,与船体结构间通过铰链连接,其开启和关闭通过操作液压油缸完成。所提出的三维一体化设计流程以及精度控制方法,可确保客滚船艏门建造过程中各步骤的顺利实施与对接。
According to the difficulties in the design and management of the bow door and its surrounding hull structure,taking the 866 Ro-Ro passenger vessel as an example,the efficient design process of the bow door area under the principle of three-dimensional integrated design was formulated for the nodes associated with the bow door structure and the hull structure.The key design elements of the bow door and the surrounding hull structure were analyzed and the 3D model was used as the key design scheme for data transmission.The results showed that the bow door structure of the passenger rolling ship is a relatively independent and complete moving part,its shape is consistent with the outer shape of the hull,and its internal structure size needs to meet the requirements of the springboard.The bow door is opened along the longitudinal seam of the ship,arranged symmetrically.It is a steel welded structure with pins,lock hook,upper and lower stop device,thrust bearing device and other accessories,connected with the hull structure by the hinge.The opening and closing of the bow door is completed through the operation of the hydraulic cylinder.The proposed three-dimensional integrated design and precision control method can ensure the smooth implementation and docking of all steps in the construction process of the bow door.
