摘要
采用实验的方法,探讨激光焊接技术在不同条件下进行焊接时,不同参数与材料对薄板焊接质量的影响,结果表明,使用适当的激光功率和焊接速度可以在薄板焊接中取得较好的焊接效果,焊接点的强度和密封性良好,并且焊接材料的变形和损伤较小,同时可减少热影响区。激光焊接技术在薄板焊接中具有很好的应用前景。
The effects of different parameters and materials on the welding quality of thin plate by laser welding technology under different conditions were discussed by means of experiments.It was shown that good welding effect can be obtained by using proper laser power and welding speed in thin plate welding with good strength and sealing of the welding joint,and the deformation and damage of the welding material are small,at the same time,the size of the heat-affected zone is reduced.It was concluded that laser welding technology has a good application prospect in sheet welding.
