乳腺结节的超声声像图表现及鉴别诊断研究

目的分析乳腺结节的超声声像图表现及鉴别诊断。方法随机选取2021年3月—2022年9月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院收治的疑似乳腺结节患者90例,对其均采用超声进行诊断,并对超声声像图表现以及鉴别诊断的结果进行研究分析。对检测结果使用金标准论证,病理活检金标准确诊良性病变70例,恶性病变20例。结果超声声像图诊断检出阳性患者20例,真阳性患者19例,阳性率为95.00%。且诊断方式的特异度为98.57%、敏感度为95.00%、准确率为97.78%,阳性预测值为95.00%,阴性预测值为98.57%。超声声像图检查的结节数量与临床病理确诊数量对比结果显示,超声声像图检查中良性结节共122个,恶性结节共43个,病理活检确诊良性结节118个,恶性结节46个,恶性结节诊断符合率为93.48%(43/46),良性结节误诊率为3.39%(4/118)。结论超声声像图检查在对乳腺结节患者的诊断中阳性检出率高,对结节性质的诊断准确率高,综合应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic manifestations and differential diagnosis of breast nodules.Methods A total of ninety patients with suspected breast nodules were randomly selected for clinical treatment in Shandong Yiyang Health Group Zibo Hospital from March 2021 to September 2022.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound,and the ultrasonographic manifestations and differential diagnosis results were studied and analyzed.Gold standard was used to demonstrate the test results.Seventy cases of benign lesions and twenty cases of malignant lesions were confirmed by pathological biopsy gold standard.Results The ultrasonographic diagnosis results showed that 20 patients were positive and 19 were true positive,with a positive rate of 95.00%.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnostic method were 98.57%,95.00%,97.78%,95.00%and 98.57%respectively.The comparison between the number of nodules examined by ultrasonographic and the number confirmed by clinicopathology showed that there were 122 benign nodules and 43 malignant nodules examined by ultrasonography,118 benign nodules and 46 malignant nodules confirmed by pathological biopsy.The diagnosis coincidence rate of malignant nodules was 93.48%(43/46)and the misdiagnosis rate of benign nodules was 3.39%(4/118).Conclusion Ultrasonographic diagnosis has a high positive detection rate in the diagnosis of patients with breast nodules,a high diagnostic accuracy for the nature of nodules,and a high comprehensive application value.
