介入性超声应用于四肢肌肉骨关节疾病的临床价值

Clinical Value of Interventional Ultrasound in Musculoskeletal and Joint Diseases of Extremities

目的探讨介入性超声应用于四肢肌肉骨关节疾病的临床效果。方法选取2020年6—10月江苏省无锡市宜兴市人民医院收治的疑似四肢肌肉骨关节疾病患者120例,所有患者均行介入性超声,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,分析介入性超声检查的结果。结果以临床综合诊断为金标准,介入性超声检查准确性为94.17%、敏感性93.75%、特异性94.64%,Kappa值为0.883。介入性超声检查的分型诊断符合率为95.24%。结论对四肢肌肉骨关节疾病患者采取介入性超声诊断效果较好,准确率、敏感性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of musculoskeletal and joint diseases of extremities.Methods A total of 120 suspected patients with musculoskeletal and joint diseases of limbs admitted to Yixing People's Hospital of Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province from June October 2020 were selected.All patients underwent interventional ultrasound.The results of interventional ultrasound were analyzed with clinical comprehensive diagnosis as the gold standard.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of interventional ultrasound were 94.17%,93.75%,94.64%,and Kappa value was 0.883.The classification diagnostic of interventional ultrasound coincidence rate was 95.24%.Conclusion The diagnostic effect of interventional ultrasound in patients with musculoskeletal and joint diseases of extremities is better,with higher accuracy and sensitivity.
