摘要
试验旨在研究中药有效成分组合物联用西药对禽致病性大肠杆菌病的治疗效果。试验采用O78致病性大肠杆菌建立蛋雏鸡人工感染模型,利用中药组合物+头孢噻肟治疗患病鸡群,以治愈率、死亡率等综合评价组合物的治疗效果。结果显示,小檗碱、柠檬酸、芦丁对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为2.00、6.25、8.00 g/L;O78大肠杆菌的最佳攻毒剂量为1.102×10^(8) CFU/mL;动物回归试验结果提示禽致病性大肠杆菌病模型建立成功;中药组合物和头孢噻肟联用对大肠杆菌病的治愈率达86.7%,有效率为93.3%,死亡率为6.7%。研究表明,由柠檬酸、芦丁、小檗碱组成的中药组合物可增强大肠杆菌对头孢噻肟敏感性,试验结果为减少抗生素使用剂量和耐药菌感染的防控提供了参考。
The aim of the experiment was to study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine composition combined with western medicine on avian pathogenic colibacillosis.In the experiment,O78 pathogenic Escherichia coli was used to establish an artificial infection model of layer chicks,and the Chinese medicine composition+cefotaxime was used to treat the sick chicks,and the curative effect of the composition was evaluated comprehensively by the cure rate and mortality rate.The results showed that the MIC of berberine,citric acid and rutin against Escherichia coli were 2.00,6.25,8.00 g/L.The optimal dose of E.coli O78 was 1.102×10^(8) CFU/mL.The results of animal regression test indicated that the model of avian pathogenic colibacillosis was established successfully.The cure rate of colibacillosis was 86.7%,the effective rate was 93.3%,and the death rate was 6.7%.The study indicated that the composition of citric acid,rutin and berberine could enhance the sensitivity of Escherichia coli to cefotaxime,and the test results provided a reference for reducing the dose of antibiotics and preventing and controlling the infection of drug-resistant bacteria.
