摘要
NUREG/CR-6224公式广泛应用于安全壳地坑过滤器的碎渣层压损计算。本文首先研究了碎渣层压损的具体迭代计算方法,其次重点分析了最小纤维层厚度、极限压缩比、过压缩、薄层效应、未压缩等特殊工况及计算解决方法。根据计算值与试验结果的对比,指出应当考虑滤网有效面积随碎渣量的变化,并针对折弯板式滤网提出了1.3的压损修正系数。
The NUREG/CR-6224 formula is widely used to calculate the debris bed head loss of the containment sump strainer.Firstly,the specific iterative calculation method of debris bed head loss is studied.Secondly,the special conditions such as the minimum fiber layer thickness,ultimate compression ratio,over compression,thin-bed effect and uncompressed condition are analyzed and their calculation solutions are provided.According to the comparison between calculation and test results,it is pointed out that the change of the effective screen area with the debris amount shall be considered,and a correction coefficient of 1.3 is proposed for the bent plate strainer screen head loss.
