摘要
铅铋共晶合金(Lead Bismuth Eutectic,LBE)氧含量调控直接影响结构材料的铅铋腐蚀性能。气相氧控容易产生放射性气体,固相氧控氧化铅原料则难以在线更换补充,因此国际上发展了电化学氧泵(Electrochemical Oxygen Pump,EOP)控氧方法。本论文采用工艺成熟、高还原催化活性的Pt研制了一种新型的Pt/air型电化学氧泵,并利用电流-时间法在静态LBE实验装置中开展了电化学氧泵的控氧测氧研究。研究结果表明Pt/air型电化学氧泵可以有效调控LBE氧浓度,且氧在液态LBE中的传质扩散可能会影响氧泵除氧效率。
The corrosion performance of structural materials is directly affected by the control of oxygen content in the lead-bismuth eutectic alloy(LBE).Gas-phase oxygen control may generate gaseous radioactive waste,and solid PbO raw materials for solid-phase oxygen control might be hard to replenish online.Therefore,an electrochemical oxygen pump(EOP)oxygen control method has been developed internationally.In this paper,the Pt/air EOP was fabricated using Pt with mature technology and high reduction catalytic activity,and the oxygen control and measurement of EOP was studied by the current-time method in the static lead-bismuth experimental device.The results show that the oxygen content of LBE can be effectively control by Pt/air EOP,and the deoxidation efficiency of the oxygen pump might be limited by the mass transfer of oxygen in the LBE.
