核电端子排故障实验研究及优化改进

摘要 针对某核电厂端子排故障率高的现象,对该电厂环境参数进行监测,并设计试验条件进行盐雾和湿热加速试验,结合试验结果以及端子排内部结构、材料明确了端子排腐蚀的主要劣化因子为盐雾潮湿。通过试验环境下端子压降、铜片腐蚀量与现场环境下铜片腐蚀量的关联,建立寿命预测模型。最后对目前主流端子排进行结构特性分析,从气密性结构优化、选择耐腐蚀材料、安装机柜环境改进、预防性维护四个方面给出端子排可靠性提升改进建议。 Based on a high failure rate of terminal in certain nuclear power plant,environmental parameters of the plant were monitored,and the salt spray experiment and the damp heat experiment have been conducted by designing reasonable experimental conditions.The findings suggest the main deterioration factor of the terminal is salt based on the experimental results,the internal structure and materials.A life prediction model is developed by building relation between terminal voltage drop,copper corrosion amount in experimental environment and copper corrosion amount on the site.Finally structure characteristics of the current main terminals have been investigated and studied.Terminal reliability of the plant can be improved by optimizing airtight structure,choosing corrosion-resistant material,improving conditions of cabinet and carrying out preventative maintenance.
