摘要
外部水淹可导致核电厂运行事件甚至事故,核电厂应设防外部水淹并提供适当的设计裕量,以应对超设计基准外部水淹场景。目前核电厂外部水淹裕量的评估,在国内外有一定的初步分析工作或探索,但尚无成熟统一的方法。本文基于国内外的调研成果及工程实践,开发了一套适用于工程项目的核电厂外部水淹裕量评估方法,该方法以机组达到并维持安全状态为目标确定核电厂外部水淹裕量,识别外部水淹防护设计的薄弱项并提出对应的改进措施。通过对某核电厂开展外部水淹裕量的评估,论证了该方法的有效性。本研究成果可为在役改造或新建核电厂外部水淹裕量的评估提供借鉴意义。
External flooding can lead to events or even accidents in nuclear power plant.Nuclear power plant should be protected against external flooding and the appropriate design margin should be provided to cope with beyond design basis external flooding scenarios.At present,the assessment of external flooding margin of nuclear power plant has some preliminary analysis work or studies at home and abroad,but there is no mature and unified method.Based on the findings and engineering practices at home and abroad,this paper develops an external flooding margin evaluation method for nuclear power plant,which is suitable for engineering projects.This method determines the external flooding margin of nuclear power plant with the goal of achieving and maintaining the safe state of nuclear power plant,and identifies the weak items of external flooding protection design and corresponding improvement measures.This method is applied to evaluate the external flooding margin of a nuclear power plant,and the effectiveness of this method is demonstrated.The results of this study can provide reference for the evaluation of external flooding margin of existing or newly built nuclear power plants.
