摘要
针对压水堆堆内构件控制棒驱动机构合金600贯穿喷嘴故障,基于概率断裂力学理论,进行应力腐蚀和辐照环境下的两种失效模式(泄漏失效和断裂失效)可靠性分析。首先构建寿命预测模型,然后采用有限元仿真分析实际工况下的载荷响应,最后利用广义应力-强度干涉模型计算可靠度。选取西屋控制棒驱动机构合金600贯穿喷嘴进行案例分析,在95%置信度水平下,运用蒙特卡洛仿真法预测两种失效模式下的寿命区间,并开展敏感性分析,以确定影响喷嘴寿命的重要参数。所提方法对堆内构件优化设计有一定的理论指导意义。
Two failure scenarios(leakage failure and fracture failure)during stress corrosion and irradiation were developed based on probabilistic fracture mechanics to examine the reliability of the PWR control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)alloy 600 penetration nozzle.The load response was examined using finite element model in real-world settings after the life prediction model was built.Finally,the reliability was calculated using the generalized stress-strength interference model.For the case study,the alloy 600 nozzle from the Westinghouse model was used.At 95%confidence level,a Monte Carlo simulation(MCS)approach was used to forecast the life intervals of two failure modes,and a sensitivity analysis was performed to identify the key parameters impacting the nozzle’s life.The proposed method has certain significance for the optimization design of components.
