大跨度“马背脊”反曲“倒三角”重型钢管桁架施工技术

摘要 XM新会展中心的展厅屋盖主跨采用“马背脊”反曲“倒三角”重型钢管桁架结构,两端采用“燕尾脊”大出挑造型,结构复杂,施工难度大。从结构形式及特点着手,详细描述了大跨度反曲重型钢桁架的施工方法,采用“模块胎架拼装、塔架临时支撑,分段(片)高空匹配”的工艺技术,从拼装、支撑、吊装、对接、卸载等多方面做了总结和探讨,关键技术的应用提升了工程施工质量,保证了施工期间的安全性与可控性,为类似工程提供了有力的借鉴。 The main span of the exhibition hall roof of XM New Convention&Exhibition Center is made of"horseback ridge"inverse bending"inverted triangle"heavy steel pipe truss structure with"dovetail ridge"large projection at both ends.The structure is complex and the construction is difficult.From the structural form and characteristics,the construction method of large span inverted heavy steel truss is described in detail,and the process technology of"modular jig frame assembly,tower frame temporary support,segmental(piece)aerial matching"is adopted.The various aspects such as assembling,supporting,lifting,docking and unloading are summarized and discussed.The application of key technologies has improved the quality of construction,ensured the safety and controllability during construction,and provided a strongreferenceforsimilarprojects.
