摘要
全钢爬架施工体系在高层住宅项目中应用时存在一定的材料物理性能缺陷、深化设计痛点、施工管理等问题,导致工程建设过程存在安全隐患。而采用铝合金爬架,则能避免全钢爬架一些固有的材料物理缺陷。阐述了铝合金爬架的前端深化设计与施工过程管理,有效解决了以往全钢爬架的施工痛点,降低了爬架的安全管理难度,保证安全风险可控。
The all-steel climbing frame construction system has certain material physical property defects,deepening design pain points,construction management and other problems when applied in high-rise residential projects,leading to safety hazards in the engineering construction process.The use of aluminum alloy climbing frame,on the other hand,can avoid some inherent material physical defects of all-steel climbing frame.The front-end deepening design and construction process management of aluminum alloy climbing frame are elaborated,which effectively solves the construction pain points of previous all-steel climbing frame,reduces the difficulty of safety management of climbing frameand ensures controllablesafety risks.
