摘要
以上海核心城区某城市更新项目为背景,对邻近地铁与历史建筑的地下清障影响控制进行了研究,介绍了全回转套管钻机施工工艺及在该项目中的应用,对拔桩引起的邻近隧道变形与建筑沉降进行了分析,总结了地下室清障分块的原则,提供了通过调整拔桩工艺参数、调整回填材料、优化场地布局等有效控制土体变形和建筑物沉降的具体措施,可供类似工程参考。
With an urban renewal project in the core city of Shanghai as the background,the impact control of underground clearing adjacent to subway and historical buildings is studied,the construction process of full rotary casing drilling rig and its application in this project are introduced,the deformation of adjacent tunnel and building settlement caused by pile extraction are analyzed,the principles of basement clearing in blocks are summarized,and specific measures for effective control of soil deformation and building settlement by adjusting pile extracting process parameters,adjusting backfill materials and optimizing site layout are provided,which can be taken as references for similar projects.
