摘要
以上海徐家汇中心项目为例,介绍了C50超高层泵送混凝土的配合比设计、原材料选择、生产和施工的质量控制方法,优化后混凝土工作性能及力学性能均能满足工程需求,可为后续复杂结构中超高泵送混凝土的制备和施工提供参考。
Taking the Shanghai Xujiahui Center project as an example,the quality control methods for the ratio design,raw material selection,production and construction of C50 super high-rise pumped concrete are introduced.The optimized concrete working performance and mechanical properties can meet the engineering requirements,which can provide a reference for the preparation and construction of super high-rise pumped concrete in subsequent complex structures.
