基于新旧住宅架空层的景观更新与多场景提升设计

Landscape Renewal and Multi-scene Enhancement Design Based on the New and Old Residential Elevated Floors

以上海市三林苑小区综合整新项目中的公共空间景观为例,基于老旧小区改造项目的设计实践,以底层架空小区的公共空间景观更新为主要方向,从住宅楼底层架空层、海派过街楼底层空间、公共区域绿地、院落宅间绿地等方面,选用实际公共空间进行更新提升,主要目的是在小区的使用过程中,从功能和形式等方面,对现存的不协调、不满足、不匹配进行适当的再次规划设计,对底层架空小区的公共景观更新进行整体探讨。

Taking the public space landscape in the comprehensive whole new project of Sanlinyuan district in Shanghai as an example,based on the design practice of the old district renovation project,the main direction is to update the public space landscape of the ground floor elevated district,from the aspects of ground floor elevated floor of the residential building,the ground floor space of the Haipai crossing street building,the public area green space,the courtyard inter-house green space,etc.,the update and enhancement of the actual public space is chosen,mainly for the use of the district in the process,from the aspects including function and form,the existing incongruous,unsatisfactory,and mismatch is properly planned and designed again,and the public landscape update of the ground floor elevated district is discussed asa whole.
