摘要
为了促进再生块体-骨料混凝土在实际工程中的应用,某地下综合管廊项目盾构3号中间井地下2层顶板应用了再生块体-骨料混凝土。以此工程应用为例,阐述了再生块体-骨料混凝土的配合比设计及验证、制备流程、施工方法、质量控制措施及应用效果。第三方检测结果表明,再生块体-骨料混凝土构件完全满足设计性能要求,其施工流程及质量控制措施,可为今后类似工程施工提供经验参考。
In order to promote the application of recycled block-aggregate concrete in practical projects,recycled block-aggregate concrete was applied to the top slab of the second underground level of the shield No.3 intermediate shaft of an underground integrated pipeline corridor project.Taking this project application as an example,the mix ratio design and verification,preparation process,construction method,quality control measures and application effect of recycled block-aggregate concrete are described.The third-party test results show that the recycled block-aggregate concrete components fully meet the design performance requirements,and the construction process and quality control measures can provide references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
