传统组合梁防撞墙与预制防撞墙施工工艺有较大差异,组合梁预制防撞墙具有工期短、成本低、施工质量高等诸多优势,近年来组合梁预制防撞墙已广泛应用于公路桥梁施工。结合上海S3公路新建工程高速公路主线施工1标,针对组合梁预制防撞墙安装过程中的关键技术及控制要点进行总结,总结的经验可为类似工程施工提供参考。

There is a big difference between traditional combined beam crash wall and prefabricated crash wall construction technology.Combined beam prefabricated crash wall has many advantages of short construction period,low cost and high construction quality,and in recent years,combined beam prefabricated anti-collision wall has been widely used in highway bridge construction.Combined with the construction of Shanghai S3 highway mainline construction section 1,the key technology and control points in the combined beam prefabricated anti-collision wall installation are summarized,and the experience can provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
