摘要
针对阻拦装置难以直接获取阻拦对象过载的问题,提出基于时间和空间注意力门控循环单元的阻拦对象过载软测量方法。首先,阐述了阻拦装置工作原理,分析了绳索中弯折波对过载的影响;然后,通过最大信息系数筛选软测量所需辅助变量;最后,将seq2seq模型作为计算框架,以门控循环单元为基本单元,引入时间和空间注意力机制,使模型可以根据历史信息和当前输入自适应的关注不同辅助变量及历史节点,从而更好地拟合过载曲线。实验结果证明:该方法在阻拦装置过载软测量中具有较好效果。
Aiming at the problem that the blocking device cannot obtain the blocking object overload,a soft measurement method of blocking object overload based on temporal and spatial attention gated recurrent unit(GRU)was proposed.Firstly,the working principle of the arresting device was ex-pounded,and the influence of the bending wave in the rope on the overload was analyzed,while the auxi-liary variables required for soft measurement were screened by the maximum information coeffi-cient(MIC).Then the seq2seq model was used as the calculation framework,and the GRU was the basic unit,and a temporal and spatial attention mechanism was introduced,thus enabling the model to adaptively pay attention to different auxiliary variables and historical nodes according to historical information and current input,so as to better fit the overload curve.Experiments show that this method has a good effect in the soft measurement of the overload of the arresting device.
