摘要
在大规模可再生能源并网比例不断增加的情况下,电力系统的频率安全已成为一个日益重要的问题。为此,提出了一种基于改进一次频率响应特性的鲁棒有功调度方法。针对传递函数高维难以求解的特点,提出了一种频域传递函数的简化降阶方法。推导了系统的时域频率响应特性,并将其引入到鲁棒有功调度模型中。仿真结果证明了方法在改善频率响应特性和提高可再生能源利用率方面的有效性。
With the increasing proportion of large-scale renewable energy grid-connected,the frequency safety of power systems has become an increasingly important issue.To this end,a robust active power scheduling method based on improved primary frequency response characteristics was proposed.Aiming at the difficulty of solving the transfer function in high dimension,a'simplified order reduction method of the transfer function in the frequency domain was proposed.The time-domain frequency response characteristics of the system were derived and introduced into the robust active power scheduling model.The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method in improving the frequency response characteristics and increasing the utilization of renewable energy.
