摘要
为解决电能供不应求难题,优化削峰填谷效果,控制配电网功率,提出基于特征融合的配电网源-荷-储完全分布式协调控制方法。通过改进K-均值聚类方法融合配电网特征,以有功功率波动及配电系统网损最小为目标函数,以节点潮流和负荷转化平衡等为约束条件,构建配电网源-荷-储完全分布式协调控制模型。试验结果表明:削峰填谷效果突出,且配电网功率曲线更加平缓。完成配电网源-荷-储完全分布式协调控制,为相关领域的研究提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient electric energy supply,optimize the effect of peak shaving and valley filling,and control the power of the distribution network,a fully distributed coordinated control method of source-load-storage in the distribution network based on feature fusion was proposed.By improving the K-means clustering method to integrate the characteristics of the distribution network,the active power fluctuation and the minimum network loss of the distribution system were used as the objective function,and the node power flow,load conversion balance,etc.were used as constraints to construct a fully distributed coordinated control model for source-load-storage of the distribution network.The test results show that the effect of peak shaving and valley filling is outstanding,and the power curve of the distribution network is smoother.The full distributed coordinated control of the source-loadstorage of the distribution network is thus completed,which provides a reference for the research in related fields.
