Feasibility Study on the Establishment of Local Document Collation and Retrieval Platform--Take the Library of Hinggan League Party School as an Example

随着社会的进步,大中城市和高校图书馆事业蓬勃发展,并且与经济、社会、科技、文化形成良性互动。目前,而在中小城市和边远地区,图书馆事业虽然有一定的发展,但受制于地方经济水平和文化积淀的限制,发展相对落后,究其原因,一方面是公共图书馆普及率及服务能力的不足;另一方面是地方图书馆资源匮乏,这种情况与地方经济、社会、文化、科技的发展要求相去甚远,因此反映出加强地方图书馆建设的现实意义和紧迫性。

With the progress of society,libraries in large and medium-sized cities and universities have achieved great development,and have formed positive interaction with economy,society,science and technology and culture.At present,libraries in small and medium-sized cities and remote areas,although there is a certain development,but limited by the local economic level and cultural accumulation,the development of relatively backward,on the one hand,the public library penetration rate and service ability is insufficient;On the other hand,local library resources are scarce,which is far from the development requirements of local economy,society,culture and science and technology,so it reflects the realistic significance and urgency of strengthening the construction of local library.
