飞机副油箱传感器安装座加工用机床的数控化再制造

CNC Remanufacturing of Machine Tool for Machining Sensor Mounting Seat of Aircraft Auxiliary Fuel Tank

摘要 通过老旧CD6140A普通卧式车床的数控化再制造,实现了飞机副油箱传感器安装座的批量加工。对CD6140A车床进行了主运动再制造、导轨再制造和纵横两向进给运动再制造,基于DS80C320高性能微控制器搭建了专用控制系统,并对再制造效果进行分析。加工实践表明,再制造后的CD6140A数控车床伺服性能好,准确性、快速性和稳定性满足传感器安装座的加工要求,相贯面的轮廓精度、形位公差和表面质量均可满足安装要求,充分利用现有旧设备为企业节约了成本,经济效益、社会效益和环境效益明显。 Through the numerical control remanufacturing of the old CD6140A common horizontal lathe,the batch processing of the sensor mounting seat of the aircraft auxiliary fuel tank is realized.The main motion remanufacturing,guide rail remanufacturing and vertical and horizontal feed motion remanufacturing of the CD6140A lathe are carried out.A special control system is built based on the DS80C320 high-performance microcontroller,and the remanufacturing effect is analyzed.The machining practice shows that the remanufactured CD6140A CNC lathe has good servo performance,accuracy,rapidity and stability meet the machining requirements of the sensor mounting seat,and the contour accuracy,shape and position tolerance and surface quality of the intersecting surface can meet the installation requirements.The existing old equipment is fully utilized to save costs for enterprises,and the economic,social and environmental benefits are obvious.
