摘要
中国传统文化倡导“静”的本然状态,认为“静”是事物的根本和原态。持静对于大学生心理健康发展具有积极的促进功能,如身心互摄、洞察本我、激发认知、调适情绪等。高校在开展心理健康教育时,可以通过静写、静读、静坐、静默、静趣等途径,引导大学生探索人生追求与社会理想,在喜悦、和谐、自由中领悟现实世界的勃勃生机。
Traditional Chinese culture advocates the natural state of"stillness"and believes that"stillness"is the fundamental and original state of things.Holding still has a positive function in promoting the mental health development of college students,such as physical and mental interaction,insight into the self,stimulating cognition,and adjusting emotions.When carrying out mental health education,colleges and universities can guide college students to explore life pursuits and social ideals through quiet writing,quiet reading,sitting quietly,silent,quiet fun,etc.,and comprehend the vitality of the real world in joy,harmony and freedom.
