摘要
智能分散控制系统(DCS)吸纳诸多新兴技术,是火电厂朝着电力系统“双高”目标行进的发展方向。首先就传统DCS与智能DCS进行对比分析,明晰技术革新必要性。其次勾勒了火电厂建设智能DCS的技术架构及升级路线,解决可操作性问题。再次进行智能DCS的功能设计,表达该项工程的着力点。最后以某电厂为例,详细阐述了智能DCS的功能应用,并给出部分应用成效的统计数据。结果表明,火电厂采用智能DCS,在效率、经济、环保等方面有明显提升,同时能缩减故障概率、规避误操作等,具有一定推广应用价值。
The intelligent distributed control system(DCS)absorbs many emerging technologies and is the direction of development of thermal power plants toward the goal of"double high proportions"in the power system.First,a comparative analysis between the traditional DCS and the intelligent DCS is carried out to clarify the necessity of technological innovation.Second,the technical architecture and upgrading way of building the intelligent DCS in thermal power plants are outlined to solve the problem of operability.Then,the functional design of the intelligent DCS is implemented again to express the focus of the project.Finally,taking a power plant as an example,the functional application of the intelligent DCS is expounded in detail,and the statistics of some results of application are given.The results show that the adoption of the intelligent DCS in thermal power plants will significantly improve the efficiency,economy and environmental protection as well as reducing the probability of failures and avoiding misoperations at the same time,which is worth popularizing.
