摘要
结合自动化专业“3+2”专本贯通分段培养实践,借鉴成果导向教育理念,提出高职与应用本科一体化培养的全新设计路径。积极探索与实践基于成果导向教育的一体化培养方案及课程体系,强化课程间的衔接和连续性,加强应用型本科高校和高职院校之间在教学目标和课程设置之间的关联,同时注重实践环节和评估机制的建立,使学生的学习过程更加顺畅和有效,从而提高专本贯通分段培养人才培养质量,并为现代职业教育体系建设提供参考。
In combination with phased training practice of the"3+2"junior college education and undergraduate education connection program for the major of automation,based on the concept outcome-based education,this paper puts forward a new way of design for the integrated training integrating higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education.In addition,it introduces the exploration and practice of the integrated training scheme and curriculum system based on outcome-based education.The connection and continuity among courses should be strengthened,the correlation between applied undergraduate universities and vocational colleges in teaching objectives and courses offered should be reinforced,and the establishment of the practice and assessment mechanism should be emphasized,to make students'learning process more smooth and effective,to enhance the quality of the phased personnel training of the junior college education and undergraduate education connection program,and provide reference for the construction of modern vocational education system.
