数字化转型背景下老年人就医困境的逻辑分析

Logical Analysis of the Dilemmas of E-Health Service for the Elderly under the Background of Digital Transformation

目的:探讨消解数字化时代老年人就医困境的对策,为提升老龄社会治理能力和数字医疗服务效能提供借鉴。方法:从数字鸿沟视域归纳分析老年人在数字医疗服务中面临“不会用”、“不敢用”与“不能用”的多重数字困境,分别从现实逻辑、技术逻辑和实践逻辑三个层面阐释老年人就医困境的生成。结果:人口老龄化和社会数字化叠加并进是造成老年人就医困境的现实逻辑,基础设施与技术服务参差不齐是形成困境的技术逻辑,社会大环境与心理排斥的多重附加是导致困境的实践逻辑。结论:走出数字化转型下老年人就医困境之道在于坚持系统观念,系统构建老年数字医疗服务理论框架;坚持具体问题具体分析,提供适老化个性化的老年数字医疗服务;坚持数字化与人性化相结合,构建融入人文关怀的老年数字医疗服务的社会支持生态圈。

Objective To explore the countermeasures to solve the medical dilemma of the elderly in the digital era,and provide reference for improving the governance capacity of the aging society and the effectiveness of digital medical services.Methods The multiple digital dilemmas faced by the elderly in digital health care services were summarized from the perspective of digital divide.The causes of these digital dilemmas for the elderly were explained from three aspects of realistic logic,technical logic and practical logic.Results The overlapping of population aging and social digitization is the realistic logic that causes the medical dilemma of the elderly,the uneven infrastructure and technical services are the technical logic,and the multiple additions of social environment and psychological rejection are the practical logic.Conclusion The countermeasures to solve these digital dilemmas are to adhere to the system methodology,systematically construct the theoretical framework of E-health service for the elderly,persist on making concrete analysis of concrete conditions,provide aging-friendly personalized digital services for the elderly,combine the digitization with humanization,and build a social support ecosystem of E-health Service integrating humanistic care for the elder1y.
