摘要
目的:探究医学生主动性人格与创新行为之间的关系,并探讨心理资本在其中的中介作用。方法:采用一般情况调查问卷、创新行为量表、主动性人格问卷、积极心理资本问卷、内在动机量表对1850名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:主动性人格评分为(36.90±7.35)分、心理资本评分为(72.59±12.26)分、创新行为评分为(36.68±7.64)分。主动性人格与创新行为呈正相关,与心理资本呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.817、0.764,P<0.01);心理资本与创新行为呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.718,P<0.01)。Bootstrap分析表明,心理资本在主动性人格与创新行为之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.087,相对中介效应为17.87%。结论:医学生主动性人格、心理资本与创新行为三者之间密切相关,在主动人格与创新行为之间,心理资本起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship between medical students’proactive personality and innovative behavior and to explore the mediating role of psychological capital in it.Methods:The General Situation Questionnaire,Creative Behavior Inventory,Proactive Personality Questionnaire,Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory were used to survey 1850 medical students.Results:Proactive personality score was(36.90±7.35)points,psychological capital score was(72.59±12.26)points,and innovative behavior score was(36.68±7.64)points.Proactive personality was positively correlated with innovative behavior and positively correlated with psychological capital,with statistically significant differences(r=0.817,0.764,P<0.01).Psychological capital was positively correlated with innovative behavior,with a statistically significant difference(r=0.718,P<0.01).Bootstrap analysis showed that psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between proactive per-sonality and innovative behavior with a mediating effect value of 0.087 and a relative mediating effect of 17.87%.Conclusion:Medical students’proactive personality,psychological capital and innovative behavior are closely related,and psychological capital plays a partially mediating role between proactive personality and innovative behavior.
