穴位敷贴配合护理干预对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者疼痛评分的影响

Effect of Acupressure with Nursing Intervention on Pain Scores of Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:研究穴位敷贴配合护理干预对晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者疼痛评分(VAS)的影响。方法:选取2018年4月—2021年3月开封市中医院肿瘤科收治的110例晚期NSCLC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为单一组和联合组,每组各55例。单一组行常规护理干预,联合组在单一组基础上行穴位敷贴配合护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后VAS评分、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分、免疫功能[T淋巴细胞(CD4+)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞]水平、胃肠道不适反应情况。结果:干预后,联合组VAS评分较单一组低,差异有统计学意义(t=24.900,P<0.05);干预后,联合组KPS评分较单一组高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.243,P<0.05);干预后,联合组CD4+、NK水平较单一组高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.708、16.088,P<0.05);联合组胃肠道不适反应发生率41.82%(23/55)较单一组72.73%(40/55)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.736,P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合护理干预应用于治疗晚期NSCLC患者可明显减轻患者疼痛,提高其免疫功能,减少胃肠道不适症状的发生,有利于促进患者康复。

Objective:To study the effect of acupressure with nursing intervention on pain scores(VAS)in patients with ad-vanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:110 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into a single group and a combined group according to the ran-dom number table method,with 55 cases in each group.In the single group,conventional nursing interventions were performed,and in the combined group,acupressure with nursing interventions were performed on the basis of the single group.The VAS score,Karnofskii performance status(KPS)score,immune function(T lymphocytes[CD4+],natural killer[NK]cells)level and gas-trointestinal discomfort reaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,VAS score of combination group was lower than that of single group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=24.900,P<0.05).After intervention,KPS score of combination group was higher than that of single group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.243,P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD4+and NK in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.708,16.088,P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal discom-fort reactions was 41.82%(23/55)lower in the combined group compared with 72.73%(40/55)in the single group,with a statistical-ly significant difference(χ^(2)=10.736,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupressure combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC can significantly reduce patients,pain,promote their immune function,reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms,and help promote their recovery.
