摘要
液态金属电池是一种兼具低成本、长寿命、大容量优势的规模储能技术。为提高串联液态金属电池组一致性和可靠性,该文提出一种电池综合分选方法。基于单体电池的活化数据,获取液态金属电池的综合特性参数;然后,通过皮尔逊相关性分析,选取若干典型静态特性指标作为聚类特征,进行电池初分选;最后,以动态时间规整相似度对电池放电曲线的差异性进行量化评估,并采用减法聚类进行电池再分选。研究结果表明,分选后液态金属电池组容量提高了6.77%,电池放电曲线差异减少了88.28%,电池组一致性得到显著提高。
Liquid metal battery(LMB)is a kind of large-scale energy storage battery technology with advantages of low cost,long life and large capacity.In order to improve the consistency and reliability of liquid metal battery pack,a comprehensive sorting method is proposed in this paper.Based on activation data of single battery,the comprehensive characteristic parameters of liquid metal battery are obtained.Then,with Pearson correlation analysis,several representative static indexes are selected as cluster characteristics to carry out the primary battery sorting.Finally,the difference of the battery discharge curves is quantitatively evaluated by dynamic time warping similarity,and the battery resorting is carried out by subtraction clustering.The results show that the capacity of liquid metal battery pack after sorting has increased by 6.77%,and the difference of discharge curves has reduced by 88.28%,indicating that the consistency of battery pack could be significantly improved.
