储能系统与双向电力负荷的碳排放核算方法 被引量:3

摘要 新型电力系统具有储能占比高、种类多以及负荷双向化等新特征,需建立储能系统与双向负荷(以下统称双向系统)的间接碳排放核算方法。该文首先分析了双向系统碳排放核算面临的挑战,从保障公平性这一原则出发分别提出了基于计量以及基于政策的双向系统碳排放核算基本方法,然后提出了与上述2类方法对应的双向系统碳排放流模型,并进行了典型算例分析,最后给出了不同双向系统碳排放核算方法的具体建议。该文统一了双向系统的间接碳排放核算方法,且与现有碳排放流理论充分兼容,完善了新型电力系统源网荷储全环节间接碳排放核算体系。 The new power system has the new characteristics of high proportion and multiple types of energy storage,bi-directional load.It is necessary to establish the indirect carbon emission accounting method of energy storage system and bi-directional load(hereinafter referred to as bi-directional system).This paper first analyzes the challenges faced by the bi-directional system carbon emission accounting,and from the principle of ensuring fairness,puts forward the basic methods of bi-directional system carbon emission accounting based on measurement and policy,and then puts forward the bi-directional system carbon emission model corresponding to the above two methods,and carries out the analysis of typical examples,and finally gives specific suggestions on different bi-directional system carbon emission accounting methods.This paper unifies the indirect carbon emission accounting method of bi-directional systems,and is fully compatible with the existing carbon emission flow theory,and improves the indirect carbon emission accounting system of the full aspects of source-grid-load-storage of the new power system.
