烧结机台车车轮踏面缺陷检测系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 烧结机台车车轮踏面缺陷有时会造成烧结机台车车轮发生卡顿、停滞、脱轨等故障,进而造成烧结机台车发生顿车现象,严重时甚至会导致生产安全事故,为避免此类问题,本文使用YOLOv5检测算法进行烧结机台车车轮踏面缺陷检测,并在此基础上设计了车轮踏面缺陷自动检测系统,当系统检测到车轮踏面发生缺陷时则启动报警并且通过微信消息推送车轮踏面的缺陷情况,为工程师及时维护提供技术保障。测试结果表明:该检测系统对车轮踏面缺陷的查全率为92%以上,查准率为100%,系统漏检的车轮踏面缺陷目标较小,基本不影响烧结机台车车轮正常运行。该系统可以应用于烧结机台车车轮踏面缺陷检测。 The defect of the tire tread of sintering machine trolley sometimes causes the tires of sintering machine trolley to lag,stagnation,derailment and other failures,and then causes stall phenomenon of the sintering machine trolley,which sometimes even leads to production safety accidents.In order to avoid such problems,YOLOv5 detection algorithm is used for defect detection of sintering machine trolley tire tread,and,on this basis,automatic detection system for tire tread defect is designed.When the defect of the tire tread is detected,the system will start the alarm and push the defect of the tire tread through We Chat message,providing technical support for engineers to maintain in time.The results show that the detection system has a recall rate of more than 92%and a precision ratio of 100%for tire tread defect,and the target of tire tread defect missed by the system is quite small,which basically does not affect the normal operation of the sintering machine trolley tires.The system can be applied to the detection of tire tread defect in sintering machine trolley.
