改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通对心内科护理人员综合能力、沟通能力评分的影响

Effect of Modified Early Warning Score Combined with Standardized Communication on Cardiology Nursing Staff's Comprehensive Competence and Communication Skills Scores

目的探究改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通在心内科护理管理中对护理人员综合能力与沟通能力评分的影响。方法随机选取2020年6月—2022年5月淄川区中医院心内科护理人员20名,于2020年6月—2021年5月间实行常规护理管理,于2021年6月—2022年5月实行改良早期预警评分结合标准化沟通护理管理,分别于两个阶段各选取40例患者。对比护理人员在两组患者中的综合能力评价、沟通能力评价与病情观察能力评价,并统计两组不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组护理人员的各项综合能力评价均高于对照组,且沟通能力与病情观察能力评价高于对照组,护理管理不良事件的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理管理工作中应用改良早期预警评分与标准化沟通,对提升护理人员的综合能力与沟通能力具有显著效果,有利于加强护理人员对病情发展的观察能力,并降低护理管理不良事件的发生风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified early warning score combined with standardized communi-cation on nursing staff's comprehensive competence and communication ability scores in cardiology nursing manage-ment.Methods Twenty nursing staff of Department of Cardiology of Zichuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected.Routine nursing management was implemented from June 2020 to May 2021.The modified early warning score combined with standardized communication care manage-ment was implemented from June 2021 to May 2022.Forty patients were selected in each of the two phases.The over-all ability evaluation,communication ability evaluation and disease observation ability evaluation of nursing staff in the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse events in the two groups was counted.Results The com-prehensive ability indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the communica-tion ability and disease observation ability were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of nurs-ing management adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified early warning score and standardized communication in cardiology nursing management has significant effects on improving the comprehensive ability and communication ability of nurs-ing staff,and is conducive to strengthening nursing staff's ability to observe the development of disease and reducing the risk of adverse events in nursing management.
