产教融合视域下医学检验技术专业人才培养模式探究

Exploration on the Training Mode of Medical Laboratory Technology Professionals from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

为培养高素质创新性应用型医学检验技术专业人才,河北工程大学积极探索构建产教融合人才培养模式。在培养方案修订、高新设备平台向实践教学资源转化、企业员工的毕业后再教育、校企协同举办检验技能竞赛、共建创新创业导师团队等方面进行有益的尝试,取得较好的效果。

In order to cultivate high-quality and innovative applied medical laboratory technology professionals,He-bei Engineering University actively explores the construction of a talent training model integrating production and edu-cation.Beneficial attempts have been made in such aspects as revision of training program,transformation of high-tech equipment platform into practical teaching resources,re-education of enterprise employees after graduation,university-enterprise cooperation in testing skills competition,and co-construction of innovation and entrepreneurship mentor teams,etc.,and good results have been achieved.
