摘要
目的研究儿科护理管理中应用人性化管理模式的价值。方法选取2021年6月—2022年7月于菏泽市妇幼保健院儿科工作的护理人员12名作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组6名。参照组采用常规管理模式。研究组采用人性化管理模式。评析两组管理效果。结果管理后,研究组护理人员工作压力、工作幸福感评分优于参照组,负面情绪评分低于参照组,护理技能、护理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理期间,以人性化管理为方案,不仅能够减轻护理人员的工作压力,还可促进其幸福感的提升。同时,此种管理形式有助于减轻护理人员的负面情绪,促使其积极应对工作,对提高其护理技能、质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study the value of humanized management mode in pediatric nursing management.Methods 12 nursing staff members working in the pediatric department of Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 6 members in each group.The reference group adopts a conventional management mode.The re-search group adopts a humanized management model.Evaluated the effectiveness of two sets of management.Results After management,the scores of work stress and job happiness in the nursing staff in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the negative emotion score was lower than the reference group,and the nursing skills and quality scores were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of pediatric nursing management,humanized management should be adopted as the program.It can not only reduce the work pressure of nursing staff,but also promote their sense of well-being.At the same time,this form of management helps to alleviate the negative emotions of nursing staff and encourages them to actively respond to work,which is of great significance for improving their nursing skills and quality.
