This article explores the strategies for improving the quality and efficiency of hospital administrative man-agement work,which are divided into three parts to elaborate:the first part summarizes the importance of improving the quality and efficiency of hospital administrative management,including promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,promoting the transformation of hospitals to public welfare,improving the efficiency of hospital opera-tion and management,and better tapping the potential of administrative management talents.The second part summa-rizes the problems faced by the hospital's administrative management,including insufficient understanding of the ad-ministrative management work,insufficient discovery and training of administrative management talents,insufficient simplification of function settings,and insufficient improvement of administrative management efficiency and quality.The third part puts forward some countermeasures against the above problems,including improving the awareness of the whole hospital on improving the quality and efficiency of administrative management work,increasing the discov-ery and training of administrative management talents,and simplifying the administrative management functions of the hospital,transform the working mode to promote the quality and efficiency of administrative management.This article believes that implementing the administrative management of modern hospitals will help the hospital achieve better de-velopment;thinking about ways to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital administrative management must also become the core issue that hospital managers continue to think about.
