教师标准化病人带教在神经外科带教中的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨教师标准化病人带教在神经外科带教中的应用价值分析。方法选择2021年1月—2022年9月在海军军医大学第一附属医院神经外科实习的60名医学院校规培生随机分为两组,每组30名。对照组使用传统教学法,观察组使用教师标准化病人带教,对比两组的考核成绩、临床工作能力、教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识、临床操作技能、病史采集与病例分析等考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床思维能力、解决问题能力、临床应变能力、临床诊疗能力等临床工作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组激发学习兴趣、巩固基础知识、提升沟通及协作能力、对教学形式及教学内容等教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教师标准化病人带教在神经外科带教中的应用价值显著,能明显提升教学效果,提高学生临床实践能力,提升教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application value analysis of teachers'standardized patient teaching in neurosur⁃gery teaching.Methods From January 2021 to September 2022,60 medical college trainees who practiced in the De⁃partment of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used the teacher standardized patient to teach.The assessment results,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical operation skills,medical his⁃tory collection and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking ability,problem-solving ability,clinical strain ability,clinical diagnosis and treatment ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group in stimulating interest in learning,consolidating basic knowledge,improving communication and collaboration skills,and teaching satisfaction with teaching forms and teaching content,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Teachers'standardized patient teaching has significant application value in neurosurgery teach⁃ing,which can significantly improve the teaching effect,improve students'clinical practice ability,and improve teach⁃ing satisfaction.
