高校附属医院科技成果转化现状及对策探讨

Discussion on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Affiliated Hospitals of Universities

科技成果转化是科技成果从理论走向应用的重要一步,医学科技成果与人民健康息息相关,其转化应用不仅是一个医院科研实力的综合体现,更是推动人类健康事业发展的强大推力。本文通过文献研读结合实际情况,对目前高校附属医院科技成果转化的现状及存在的问题进行了剖析。分析发现医院成果转化管理普遍存在成果转化意识薄弱、制度流程不完善、专业人才缺乏、经费支持不足、成果质量不高等问题。进而提出高校附属医院可采取加强相关法律法规宣传、完善成果转化相关制度、明晰成果转化流程、组建专业人才团队、加强专利评估及风险防控等措施,提高科研人员成果转化的积极性,提升科技成果质量,促进科技成果转化。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important step from theory to applica⁃tion of scientific and technological achievements.Medical scientific and technological achievements are closely re⁃lated to people's health,and their transformation and application are not only a comprehensive manifestation of a hos⁃pital's scientific research strength.It is also a powerful thrust to promote the development of human health.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in university-affiliated hospitals through literature research combined with the actual situation.The analysis found that there are generally problems in the achievement transformation management of hospitals,such as weak awareness of achievement transformation,imperfect system and process,lack of professional talents,insufficient financial sup⁃port,and low quality of achievements.Furthermore,it is proposed that university-affiliated hospitals can take mea⁃sures such as strengthening the publicity of relevant laws and regulations,improving the relevant systems of achieve⁃ment transformation,clarifying the process of achievement transformation,establishing a professional talent team,strengthening patent evaluation and risk prevention and control.Improve the enthusiasm of scientific research person⁃nel in the transformation of achievements,improve the quality of scientific and technological achievements,and pro⁃mote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
