中国维持性血液透析患者不宁腿综合征患病率的Meta分析

Prevalence of restless legs syndrome in Chinese maintenance hemodialysis patients:A meta-analysis

目的系统评价中国维持性血液透析(MHD)患者不宁腿综合征(RLS)的患病率。方法计算机检索Pubmed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方医学数据库关于中国MHD患者RLS的横断面研究,检索时限均从建库至2023-3-16。采用Stata 15.0软件进行MHD患者RLS患病率的Meta分析。结果共纳入20篇文献,涉及5111例MHD患者。Meta分析结果显示,中国MHD患者的RLS总患病率为22.0%〔95%CI(17.0%~27.0%)〕。不同性别、共病、地区及年份亚组分析结果显示,女性RLS患病率(27.0%)高于男性(21.9%);糖尿病肾病患者RLS患病率最高(32.7%),其次为高血压肾病患者和肾小球肾炎患者(RLS患病率分别为21.9%、18.0%);华北地区(26.6%)、华中地区(22.6%)、华东地区(22.0%)、华南地区(18.9%)的RLS患病率依次递减;2013—2017年MHD患者中RLS患病率(22.7%)稍高于2018—2022年(21.7%)。结论我国MHD患者中RLS的患病率较高,可能严重影响MHD患者生活质量,临床医护人员应予关注。

Objective To systematically evaluate the prevalence of restless legs syndrome(RLS)in Chinese maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Pubmed,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,China National Knowledge(CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and Wanfang databases were searched for cross-sectional studies on RLS in Chinese MHD patients before March 16,2023.A meta-analysis of the prevalence of RLS in MHD patients was conducted using Stata 15.0.Results A total of 20 articles were included,involving 5111 MHD patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total prevalence of RLS in Chinese MHD patients was 22.0%[95%CI(17.0%-27.0%)].Results of subgroup analysis of different gender,comorbidities,regions and years showed that the prevalence of RLS in women(27.0%)was higher than those in men(21.9%).The highest prevalence of RLS was in diabetic nephropathy patients(32.7%),followed by hypertensive nephropathy patients and glomerulonephritis patients(RLS prevalence was 21.9%,18.0%,respectively).The prevalence of RLS was in North China(26.6%),Central China(22.6%),East China(22.0%)and South China(18.9%)decreased in turn.The prevalence of RLS in 2013-2017(22.7%)was slightly higher than that in 2018-2022(21.7%).Conclusions The high prevalence of RLS in Chinese MHD patients may seriously affect the quality of life of MHD patients,so clinical medical staff should pay attention.
