研究品管圈结合6S管理在肿瘤科护士中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Combined with 6S Manage⁃ment in Nurses of Oncology Department

目的分析品管圈结合6S管理在肿瘤科护士中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月泰安市肿瘤防治院肿瘤科的20名护士为研究对象,在2021年10月—2022年3月期间,仅采取常规措施对护士进行管理,在2022年4—10月期间,采取品管圈结合6S管理措施,分析管理前后护士工作质量的变化。结果管理后,防护缺陷、用药缺陷及执行医嘱缺陷的发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,安全管理质量中安全意识、理论知识、操作能力、物品管理、制度执行力评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护理质量中药品管理、仪器管理、院感管理评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈结合6S管理措施的应用可以显著提升肿瘤科护士的工作能力,深化其安全意识,减少工作缺陷,提升科室的护理工作水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle combined with 6s management in oncology nurses.Methods Twenty nurses from the oncology department of Tai´an Cancer Prevention and Control Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.During the period from October 2021 to March 2022,only routine measures were taken to manage nurses.During the period from April 2022 to October 2022,quality control circle combined with 6S management measures were taken to analyze the changes in the quality of nurses´work before and after management.Results After management,the incidence of deficiencies in protection,medication,and adher⁃ence to medical orders was lower than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Af⁃ter management,the scores of safety awareness,theoretical knowledge,operational ability,item management,and sys⁃tem execution in the quality of safety management were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of drug management,instrument management,and hos⁃pital infection management in nursing quality were higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle combined with 6S management measures can significantly improve the working ability of nurses in oncology department,deepen their safety awareness,reduce work defects,and improve the level of nursing work in the department.
