护理质量敏感指标用于心血管内科护理安全管理质量改进中的效果

Effect of Nursing Quality Sensitive Indexes on the Quality Improvement of Nursing Safety Management in Cardiovascular Medicine

目的分析护理质量敏感指标用于心血管内科护理安全管理质量改进中的效果。方法本研究以2021年1—12月期间山东健康集团淄博医院心血管内科在职的22名护理人员为研究对象,2021年1—6月实施常规护理安全管理(对照组),2021年7—12月实施护理安全管理质量改进,在护理安全管理质量改进中应用护理质量敏感指标(观察组)。对两组护理质量敏感指标达标率、护理风险率和护理满意度评分进行统计分析。结果观察组护理人员护理质量敏感指标各维度合格率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理风险率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量敏感指标用于心血管内科护理安全管理质量改进中,可以获得比较理想的护理效果,提升护理人员的护理服务质量,保证临床护理的安全性,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing quality sensitive indicators on the quality improvement of nurs⁃ing safety management in cardiovascular internal medicine with reference data.Methods This study focuses on 22 nursing staff serving in the department of cardiovascular of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group from January to December 2021.From January to June 2021,routine nursing safety management(control group)was implemented.From July to December 2021,nursing safety management quality improvement was implemented,and nursing quality sensitive indicators(observation group)were applied in nursing safety management quality improvement,the statistical analysis on the compliance rate of sensitive indicators of nursing quality,nursing risk rate,and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups.Results The qualification rate of nursing quality sensitive indicators in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing risk rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sensitive indexes of nursing quality in the improvement of the quality of nursing safety management in cardiovascular internal medicine can obtain ideal nursing effect,improve nursing service quality of nurses,ensure the safety of clinical nursing,and have high ap⁃plication value.
