摘要
在医养结合的模式下,老年人得以享受到更加全面、专业的养老服务,而医疗机构也能够借此提升服务质量和综合竞争力。医养结合需要具备相应的老年护理人才队伍作为支撑,因此,建立适应医养结合需求的老年护理人才培养体系显得尤为重要。本文探讨基于医养结合背景下的应用型老年护理人才培养体系构建问题,并分析其意义和实现路径。
Under the mode of combination of medical care and pension,the elderly can enjoy more comprehensive and professional pension services,and medical institutions can also improve the service quality and comprehensive competitiveness.The combination of medical care and nursing needs to be supported by the corresponding elderly nursing talent team.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish the elderly nursing talent training system to meet the needs of the combination of medical care and nursing.This paper explores the construction of applied elderly nursing talent training system based on the combination of medical care and nursing care,and analyzes its signifi⁃cance and implementation path.
