摘要
目的探究分层级管理模式在提高护理管理质量和缓解护士工作压力中的价值。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月湘雅博爱康复医院护士60名。2021年5—11月期间开展护士常规管理为对照组(30名护士);2021年12月—2022年5月期间开展护士分层级管理为观察组(30名护士)。比较两组科室管理质量评分、核心工作能力评分、护士工作压力和管理满意度。结果观察组科室管理质量评分和核心工作能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士工作压力水平低于对照组,管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在提高护理管理质量方面,分层级管理相较于常规管理的优势更为明显,可促进提高护士核心工作能力,降低工作压力,提高管理满意度水平。
Objective To investigate the value of hierarchical management model in improving nursing management quality and relieving nurses´work stress.Methods Sixty nurses from Xiangya Boai Rehabilitation Hospital were se⁃lected from May 2021 to May 2022.From May to November 2021,routine management of nurses was carried out as control group(30 nurses);from December 2021 to May 2022,stratified management of nurses was conducted as a reob⁃servation group(30 nurses).The management quality score,core work ability score,nurses´work stress and manage⁃ment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher management qual⁃ity scores and core work competency scores than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group nurses had lower work pressure levels than the control group,and higher management satisfac⁃tion than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of improving nursing management quality,the advantages of hierarchical management compared with conventional management are more obvious,which can promote the improvement of nurses´core work ability,reduce work stress and improve the level of management satisfaction.
