风险管理在尘肺科病房护理管理中的效果研究

A Study on the Effectiveness of Risk Management in the Nursing Manage⁃ment of Pneumoconiosis Wards

目的探究风险管理在尘肺科病房护理管理中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月湖南省职业病防治院尘肺科病房20名护士作为研究对象,按照电脑随机法分组,观察组10名实施风险管理、对照组10名实施常规管理,比较和分析两组管理效果。结果观察组消毒隔离质量、基础护理质量、安全管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理投诉率和护理缺陷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尘肺科病房护理管理中应用风险管理,能够有效降低不良事件的发生概率,提高护理质量水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of risk management in the nursing management of pneumoconiosis wards.Methods Twenty nurses from the pneumoconiosis ward of Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly di⁃vided into two groups according to computer randomization.The observation group consisted of 10 nurses who imple⁃mented risk management,while the control group consisted of 10 nurses who implemented routine management.The management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group had higher scores for disinfection and isolation quality,basic nursing quality,and safety management quality than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing complaint rate and nursing defect incidence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management of pneumoconiosis wards can effectively reduce the probability of adverse events and improve the level of nursing quality.
