摘要
目的探讨带教过程中带教老师实施同质化培训对医学生实践成绩的影响情况。方法选取2019年12月—2021年11月于江苏省肿瘤医院参与规培及实习的学生162名,依据规培批次不同分为研究组、对照组,各81名,对照组给予常规带教;研究组在对照组基础上给予带教老师同质化培训带教,比较两组临床综合能力、理论及实践考核成绩及教学满意度。结果培训前,两组学生综合能力得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组综合能力均高于培训前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组培训后的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,研究组学生教学满意度(93.83%)高于对照组(64.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带教老师同质化培训可提升医学生的综合能力,并有效提高其出科理论及实践能力,改善教学满意度,该模式可为今后医学生的带教改进提供借鉴。
Objective To investigate the influence of homogeneous training implemented by the lead teachers on the practice achievement of medical students during the lead teaching process.Methods 162 students who participated in standardized training and internships at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were se⁃lected.They were divided into a research group and a control group based on different batches of standardized train⁃ing,with 81 students in each group.The control group received routine teaching;On the basis of the control group,the research group provided homogeneous training to the teaching teachers,and compared the clinical comprehensive abilities,theoretical and practical assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results Before the training,there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive ability scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05);after the training,the comprehensive abilities of both groups were higher than before,and the research group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoreti⁃cal and practical assessment scores of the research group after training were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the teaching satisfaction of the research group students(93.83%)was higher than that of the control group(64.20%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The homogeneous training of lead teachers can improve the overall ability of medical students,and effectively improve their theoretical and practical skills out of the department,and improve the teaching satisfaction.This model can provide reference for future teaching improvement of medical students.
