摘要
为缓解医院运营压力,助力医院提质降本增效,促进医院高质量可持续发展。基于SFIC模型构建现代医院运营管理体系,创新建立管理组织架构体系,多部门联合推动医院整体绩效提升,全面打造绩效运营管理文化。部门协同联动工作机制初步形成,医疗各项业务恢复情况总体良好,医院医疗质量运营效率显著提升,彰显医院运营管理品牌文化。医院内部运营管理体系构建应以党建为引领,以绩效管理为支点,以高质量发展为引擎,以激发活力为目标。
In order to ease the operating pressure of hospitals,help hospitals improve quality,reduce costs and in⁃crease efficiency,and promote high-quality sustainable development of hospitals.Based on the SFIC model,the mod⁃ern hospital operation management system is constructed,the management organization structure system is innova⁃tively established,the overall performance of the hospital is promoted by multi-departments,and the performance op⁃eration management culture is comprehensively built.The working mechanism of coordination and linkage between de⁃partments has been initially formed,the recovery of medical services is generally good,and the operation efficiency of the hospital´s medical quality has been significantly improved,highlighting the brand culture of hospital operation and management.The construction of hospital internal operation management system should be guided by party building,with performance management as the fulcrum,with high-quality development as the engine,and with the goal of stimulating vitality.
