辽宁省“十四五”规划提出,到2025年,全省装备制造业产业结构明显改善,基本实现数字化、智慧化转型迭代,产业基础高精化和产业区块智能化水平大幅提升,主营业务收入突破万亿元,年均增速达6%以上,高端装备制造业营业收入占装备制造业营业收入比重达到30%,这对阜新市高端制造业发展是一个非常重要的契机。基于此,对阜新市高端装备制造业的发展现状、发展瓶颈进行分析,提出发展高端装备制造业的相应举措,通过建立健全企业技术创新环境、建立高端装备制造业技术创新基地、强化装备制造企业自身科技创新能力,实现阜新市经济转型、经济再次腾飞。
